Your dog will stay with me in my house for several weeks and we will train multiple times every single day they are with me. After your dog has acclimated to my routine and once they get the basics down we will go on outings to proof each behavior. Some of my favorite spots are hardware stores, parks, farmer’s markets and trails!

I will work on building your dogs confidence and impulse control so that they can start to make better choices on their own.

Structure - training sessions, rules, boundaries + clear communication

Exercise - play (tug, fetch, flirt pole etc.), neighborhood walk, trail hike, treadmill run, swimming etc.

Rest, relax, recharge in crate between each training session

Board + Trains are not a quick fix and they are NOT magic! Every single dog is different, every single household/lifestyle is different…I cannot guarantee results due to many factors such as: your dog’s age, genetics, individual temperament, previous conditioning and/or physical/psychological health BUT I will be able to create a solid foundation at the pace your dog will be able to settle in and learn.

Training does not end after a Board + Train……so think of it as a fresh start!

YOU must be consistent with what YOU learn from me after your Board + Train if you want to reap the benefits of a well-trained companion.

When the Board + Train is finished we will have a go home training session together with your dog to go over everything that we worked on! Don’t worry, you will also be sent a reference guide so that you will always have something to refer back to. There are 2 mandatory follow-up training sessions that will be scheduled after the initial go home training session.

All past Board + Train clients can take advantage of UPKEEP SESSIONS FOR LIFE (LIMIT 1 PER MONTH) as well as unlimited, mindful support.
